Corona proof for a safe holiday

In the upcoming season we will also receive guests warmly, but at an appropriate distance. Our accommodation is small-scale and has a spacious garden with swimming pool. (Swimming pool only in high season.)

We are extra vigilant about hygiene in order to minimize the risk of contamination by the COVID-19 virus. And of course we observe all safety regulations and communicate this clearly to our guests.

With this we offer a safe accommodation and do everything we can to ensure you have a pleasant holiday with all the attention you are used to from us.

For Casa MiYo we have drawn up a protocol that includes the measures drawn up by the province in the form of this Corona guideline . When changes occur, we will process this immediately.

General Corona Regulations

The measures go hand in hand with the general regulations already known:

* Wash your hands regularly with soap.

* Cough and sneeze into the inside of your elbow.

* Use tissue paper to blow your nose and throw it in a trash can.

* Keep enough distance from each other.

Arrival after the trip

We ask you to disinfect your hands first. We will respect the distance of 1m as much as possible.

For the mandatory registration you will be asked to send a copy of the identity document in advance. You will be informed about an 'Immuni' App and how to download it (on a voluntary basis).

Within the accommodation you are expected to respect the mutual distance with other guests (not being family) of 1m.

The rooms

When changing guests, the rooms are of course cleaned. The rooms are extensively ventilated and personal protective equipment is used. When cleaning, we will pay extra attention to the surfaces that are often touched. During a room change, the room is disinfected.

When changing the towels (halfway through a week's stay) and changing the bed linen (1x per week for stays longer than a week), we will also wear personal protective equipment.

Special attention is paid to disinfecting cleaning products, washing at high temperatures of bath towels and bed linen. Decorative cushions or floor mats are removed as much as possible.

It is advisable to ventilate the room as much as possible.

General areas

There is a disinfectant gel at the entrance and in the hallway. Use this gel to enter general areas. The common areas, banisters and door fittings are cleaned daily. Take each other into account and sufficient distance (1 m) when entering stairs and general areas.

Do not walk barefoot and use slippers in and around the accommodation as much as possible.

Breakfast

We serve breakfast per room on the outside terrace or when it is cool in your own room. We take into account a mutual distance of 1m. Before breakfast, wash your hands with soap or use disinfectant gel.

Swimming pool

The pool can be used. A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the pool at the same time

(except family members) You must keep the distance of 1m. You may only enter the water if you have showered first.

It is mandatory to use the available mats in the room for your lounger with your towel on it. The mats will be disinfected when changing guests.

The outdoor furniture may be moved. However, you must ensure that the furniture must be at a minimum distance of 2 meters from other guests. (except family members) The minimum distance between the beds will not be less than 2 meters.

The water in the pool is checked daily according to regulations and provided with the necessary supplements.

Do you have any health complaints?

If you have a fever and symptoms of respiratory infection (dry cough, fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing), this should be reported immediately to the owner of the accommodation. He is obliged to engage a doctor.

According to this protocol, Casa MiYo tries to comply with all the rules prescribed by these provincial guidelines. However, Casa MiYo is not responsible for any deviant behavior of individual guests.

Le Marche:

In Le Marche you do not need to wear a mouth mask when you are outside if you can keep a distance of 1 meter. You do need to wear a face mask in the supermarket, museums and shops.

In the restaurant you can sit on your chair without a mouth mask, but when you have to go to the toilet, you will have to put on your mouth mask.

On the beaches, the beach beds with umbrellas will be 5 meters apart. (As a family you will of course sit together) You will probably have to reserve beach beds. This of course also depends on how busy the beach is.

Free beaches are open and you can lie down here with your own towel or chair. You do have to keep 2 meters away with your towel or chair from your fellow beach mates.

Want to book a summer holiday without risk?

You can book with us whereby the down payment (50% of the total amount) can be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival. So you can wait for the latest advice regarding traveling to Italy. (This applies to reservations made for bookings in 2021) After this, our general terms and conditions come into effect.
